Honeytrap is a network security tool written to observe attacks against network services. As a low-interactive honeypot, it collects information regarding known or unknown network-based attacks and thus can provide early-warning information.
Honeytrap 1.0.0 was released on 2007-10-27. Some parts of the core system were restructured and the configuration concept is totally revised, so I felt it was time for a major release. Check out the new features and cool plugins. Here's a screenshot of honeytrap in action:
